Delete Your Cheqkr Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Cheqkr customer account and the personal data associated with it. Cheqkr is a brand of Purnyug Technologies Private Limited.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion either way — both lead to the same process:

1. In the app: open Profile → Help & FAQs → "How do I delete my account and data?" and tap Request account & data deletion.
2. Without the app (for example, if you've already uninstalled it): email deepanshu@cheqkr.com — or call 7303242444 — with the subject "Delete Account and Data", from or mentioning your registered mobile number so we can verify it's you.

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated within 5–7 working days of your request — you will no longer be able to sign in.
• Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 working days of your request.
• Working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public and other government-announced holidays.

What is deleted, and what we must keep

Deletion covers your profile (name, phone number, email), saved delivery addresses, and your order history held against your account on the Platform.

Some records are kept even after deletion, only for as long as the law requires: transaction and payment records (tax and financial-reporting laws), and records needed for ongoing disputes or legal claims. Records of your past orders held by the Businesses you ordered from are controlled by those Businesses. Details are in our Privacy Notice, Section 7.
